Fábio Martinho Campos é bacharel em Computação pela UNITAU (Universidade de Taubaté), MBA em Gestão de Projetos pelo IPT (Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas-USP). Trabalhou no INPE-MCT (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais) em São José dos Campos como analista de sistemas e desenvolvedor web da Intranet e Internet por dois anos. Trabalhou também na empresa alemã Liebherr Guindastes e Máquinas Operatrizes como analista de sistemas e desenvolvedor web, atuando também como analista de processos para o projeto de GED (Gerenciamento Eletrônico de Documentos) da empresa. Na IBM Brasil trabalhou por um ano como analista de teste no GTO (Global Test Organization) e SEA&T (System Engineer Architecture and Test) no projeto internacional Blue Horizon Configurator. Ainda na IBM trabalhou no Projeto CADU e SCFI do Banco Bradesco. Trabalhou também como Especialista de Testes na empresa HOLD TI. Possui ainda a certificação TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication), CBTS (Certificação Brasileira de Teste de Software) pela ALATS (Associação Latino-America de Teste de Software), CQA (Certified Quality Assurance), CST (Certified Software Testing), CSCM(Certified Software Configuration Management), COBIT(Control OBjectives for Information and related Technology - ISACA), CTFL-ISTQB/ISEB(Certifiec Tester Foundation Level-International Software Testing Qualifications Board/Information Systems Examinations Board), IBM Certified Specialist - Software Quality e CSTE (Certified Software Tester - QAI), SEI Capability Maturity Model Integration - CMMI(Brainbench) e Certified SCRUM Master(SCRUM Alliance). Palestrante da disciplina de Teste de Software e Qualidade de Software, contribui para o crescimento do mercado de Teste de Software no Brasil através de palestras e eventos em universidades. Atualmente trabalha na empresa CPMBraxis como Analista de Sistemas Sênior em projetos de Teste de Software.

Software Testing Experience:

- Able to lead test projects from conception to release, Monitoring of the defects status in testing, Controlling the completed test, Ensure adherence to test processes, Coordinating and executing of review and related reports as well as coordinating the production of test reports, Supporting the execution of quality management measures in the project, Experience in test planning and strategy, Ability to supervise, manage and inspire a test team whilst promoting a positive team working environment, Creation of Software Test Center, Defect Management and Tracking.

- Implantation of ISO 9126-1(Software Quality Characteristics), IEEE 829-1998(Standard for Software Test Documentation), IEEE 1044-1993(Standard Classification for Software Anomalies), Risk-Based Testing, Exploratory Testing, Load-Stress-Volume and Performance Testing, Test Management, Ability to Lead, Analyze, Develop and execute Unit tests, Integrated tests, System tests, Functional tests, Acceptance test and regression tests, Automated Software Testing, Best Practice and Effective Testing Strategy in a range of environments, Development  of the Master Test Plan and management of all testing related activities and resources from the time testing begins in the Testing Group through client acceptance.

- Large experience with TMM(Testing Maturity Model) and TPI(Test Process Improvement), Object-Oriented Software Testing, UML 2.0 Testing Profile(OMG).

- Experience in software testing automation with Rational Functional Tester(Intermediate), Rational TestManager(Intermediate), Rational ClearQuest(Basic) and Rational ClearCase(intermediate). Experience in load and stress testing in web applications using Rational Performance Tester(Basic). Experience using White-Box and Black-Box techniques in software testing design. Experience in software testing tools like e-Test Suite(Empirix – e-Tester, e-Load and e-Manager Enterprise - Advanced), AppPerfect TestStudio(AppPerfect Corp. – Load and Functional Tests - Advanced), RTH(Test Management Open Source tool - Advanced), OpenSTA, Advanced Defect Tracking, AdventNet QEngine, Borland SilkCentral Test Manager, LoadTracer, QA Track, Test Case Manager, Test Track, WEBLOAD.

Coordinator and Collaborator of the Regional/National office of ALATS-SP(Latin American Association of Software Testing), for the Project “Plan of Innovation of the CBTS (Certified Brazilian Tester in Software) Version 2.0”. Coordinator of the Project #3: Definition of CBTS 2,0, having the following responsibilities: review and to extend the methodology content of the current Base of Knowledge of the CBTS, being identified improvement points, exploring new subjects and lining up with the most recent works and available software testing certifications and software quality. Coordinator of the Fronts of Work: Definition of the Bibliography CBTS 2.0, Redefinition of the Methodology Content, Plan of Instructors Qualification, Plan of Simulated Exercises. Remote management of four Focal Points and twenty Collaborators for the Project #3, located in some parts of Brazil.

Workshops/Lectures: at Taubaté University, FAENAC University, Metodista University and Cidade de São Paulo University presentation of the lecture and workshop “The Software Testing in the Current Market” and  “Foundation of Software Testing”.

Knowledge/Experience in: Project Management, Data Analysis, System Analysis, Analysis of requirement for software systems, Software Engineering and General knowledge of methodologies ITIL and COBIT and in the area of management of projects great knowledge of  PMI(Project Management Institute) and the models of maturity for company CMMI 1.2, Ability to read and understand requirements and design documents, Good understanding of CMMI 1.2 guidelines, Varied knowledge of database, development, system engineering, and networking concepts, Possesses and applies strong knowledge of IT principles and practices. Acting as a professor in lectures and workshops in universities for the growth and technological update of the area of software testing.
